WP6: Innovative Teaching Tools


Main objectives of WP6 are:

  • to develop educational tools that promote understanding of the topic as well as the implementation of problem solving skills. This may be accomplished by the simultaneous development of teaching material that consists of (i) written text (namely, “book”) and (ii) tools suitable for e-learning techniques.
  • the design and development of prototype virtual laboratories.

2) Fish canning game

Can's Crime is an educational game, main outcome of the activities of the ISEKI_Food 4 project. The game has been designed and developed with the contribution of R. Paul Singh (University of California, Davis, California, USA), Cristina L.M. Silva(Catholic University of Portugal, Porto, Portugal), Ferruh Erdogdu (University of Mersin, Turkey) and Paola Pittia (University of Teramo, Italy).
